I’ve only listened to about five minutes of this but it’s already pretty fascinating. Really I’d listen to this just to hear his voice though, he’s got a lovely speaking voice :). Anyway, if you’re remotely interested in him or the music business this seems like something worth watching/listening to.

I don't say it often enough but I flipping love...
I may not always have the same musical taste as him or understand why he plays the things he does but he’s clearly passionate about the music he loves and that’s refreshing in a world of glorified TV presenters on radio who pretend to like things they don’t care about. It shines through when he talks to people in the music business because you can see how much he respects them...
