I just wait until he’s bought it and then make a copy for myself :). Being at uni does mean that I’m left slightly bereft if I want to listen to an actual CD though. Of course it goes the other way as well as I discovered that he actually really likes The Civil Wars last time I was at home so he stole that from me. I don’t know why that really surprised me but it did, especially as he generally has no interest in the bands and singers who make up the softer end of my own music taste.

It’s nice to have something to bond over in a way, although really we’ve always been fairly close due to having similar temperments (he’s much less emotional than I am though) and it’s one of the things I miss when I’m not at home. Generally as soon as I get home he starts blaring Deftones or 50 Cent at me and I suddenly want to strangle him again but it’s nice while it lasts :D.
