‘Think evil shit’ has to be one of the best notes from a director ever.

I feel like with some muscular men it’s not that I’m particularly attracted to that. It’s more like I admire the structure itself in a weird way, which probably sounds a bit odd/pretentious but my brain’s not in the best shape at the moment due to tiredness/heat/stress/exhaustion/all of the above. I’ve just been noticing it more recently and I don’t entirely have a reason why. Possibly spending lots of time looking at Gray’s Anatomy and generally becoming fascinated with the beauty of the structures of muscle.

Seriously though, aside from the fantastic hair the entirety of that Vanity Fair cover really pisses me off. In the whole thing they look like uncanny valley robots and lose anything which makes them appealing as real un-Photoshopped people. They’re stunning without being Photoshopped so what is the point, really? Plus it’s so incredibly beige and dull. I know at this point it’s almost pointless to complain about it but it’s so needless that it never fails to annoy me.

Watching The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo again. It’s so satisfying knowing that Bjurman goes and gets himself shot the year after this for his extreme stupidity. Of course it’s also even worse knowing how he got the job of being Lisbeth’s guardian in the first place.

Ask for help with project work on Facebook, get two replies, both from family members… Great.

I seem to have disappeared into a hole of musical nostalgia right now. Listening to all of the stuff I used to listen to when I was about fifteen, mainly:
- Coheed and Cambria
- Slipknot
- The Roadrunner United collaborative album, which is great if you love that kind of music.
- Killswitch Engage
My music tastes have become much more varied since then but I don’t listen to this stuff often enough. It’s easy to forget how great some of it is. The only things I really listen to regularly that I discovered in that time period are NIN and Rammstein.

RIGHT.
Here we go again.
Anyone know anyone within the UK who can use a sewing machine and understand fairly complex patterns? My other arrangements fell through due to badly timed wrist injury so now I’m flipping out slightly. One of the mature students at uni is hopefully going to ask a friend who does alterations if she has time to do it but I’m not sure when that’ll be.
Anyone have any ideas, please?
EDIT: I am of course willing to pay. I would try and find something online but I’m a little bit antsy about sending off a load of fabric which was pretty expensive to get printed to someone I’m not sure if I can rely on. I need recommendations preferably.

You know what confuses me, when people un-favourite your items. I had four this month and now it’s gone down to two. I don’t know if it’s because people have deleted their accounts but it seems a bit odd that people go ‘no, I don’t actually like that’. Oh well, it seems like even if people do favourite them they don’t actually want to buy anything of mine *mopes*.

I’m sitting with the DVD ready to play just listening to the menu music, which is bad as the EVIL BASTARDS PUT ‘WHAT IF WE COULD?’ AS THE MENU MUSIC. Just make me die of feelings without even watching the film why don’t you.
Anyway, I would liveblog it but I get the feeling it would just be HER FAAACCCEEE for about two hours and ARGH, DO NOT WANT for the rest. Maybe next time if I can calm myself.

Get back from being continuously rained on for most of the day wanting nothing more than to have some toast and a cup of tea. Make toast and tea, discover there’s NO FUCKING MILK, go to get milk, come back, TOAST IS COLD.
FUCK MY LIFE.
The tea is pretty good though.
