I will choose to focus on this next time I watch the third series finale of Being Human again. It’ll all be worth it when we finally get to see The Hobbit.

‘Well ideally it’s going to make you feel ALL of the things.’
I’m not used to this whole Tuesdays and Fridays thing, it’s going to be weird. On the plus side:
- Question Tuesdays are back :D.
- Return of the peanut butter face! (Kind of, how angry did he look with those things stuck on his face?)

Goat Mating Is Weird
In which John witnesses his parents’ goats mating, including all of the weird foreplay that precedes goat sex, like the part where the male goat urinates on his own beard and then rubs it all over the female goat, and then the part where the goat humps in all the wrong places. A thoughts from places only with more goat intercourse than usual.
Our mom will be making goat soap again after the new year thanks to the hard work of these and other goats; if you’d like some, check out http://farmerjanesoap.com/
There are some new tickets to the Boston Tour de Nerdfighting event and the venue has changed. More info here: http://www.wellesley.indiebound.com/event/john-green You can find out about tickets for other Tour de Nerdfighting stops at http://dft.ba/-tourdenerdfighting2012‘Pro tip: leaves are slippery.’
Why yes they are John :D. This is an incredibly classy video, aside from the disturbing goat sex…

Do you know what GAIMAN’S LAW is? John Green does, and he will now tell you, along with his favourite 5 Typos (they’re really good, and I learned something from them).
I knew number 1, thanks to Good Omens of course, but the rest of them are great too. I’m pretty sure I knew about Gaiman’s Law too but that probably got buried behind the rest of the clutter in my brain :).

perfect nerds
Thanks to this I had this song in my head for at least two weeks and now it’s back. It’s not a bad thing though as it’s my favourite Doctor Horrible song :3.

The FOURTH Hobbit Production video is here!!!!!
I think this is the most interesting one so far from a creative standpoint. Plus it’s so great to see John Howe and Alan Lee again, they seem to be two of the few people who have barely changed in the years since Lord of the Rings :).

Signing Psychosis, BlizzCon, TFiOS, Awesome Adventures, and URLatron
In which Hank covers a surprising amount of topics while (for the most part) standing outside of the Anaheim Convention Center surrounded by WoW players.

VidCon 2012
http://www.vidcon.comReblogging mostly for URLatron, which seems like one of those ideas that everyone should know about. I’ve been thinking about whether to set up a website for my design work or just stick to my blog and that seems like a good compromise really.

I just saw a gif of they’re taking the Hobbits to Isengard, which of course reminded me of this. Enjoy :D.
(On a sidenote, I’ve been working my way backwards through all of the vlogbrothers’ videos for the past few months. I’m up to the beginning of the last month of Brotherhood 2.0 now and I’m going to be sad when I get to the beginning.)

Coming Out and Sperm Spikes
In which Hank talks about his personal struggles with his sexuality and confusing his gender identity with his sexual orientation…and he does it all using quantum mechanics as an analogy…but only after he tells John the most fascinating thing about traumatic insemination in bed bugs.

Even if you’ve never watched any of the vlogbrothers’ videos in your life I’d recommend watching this one. Especially if you’re like me and you’re still trying to work out who the hell you actually are.
(Also, I’d name the spot Hamlet, partly because the last one was called Horatio - RIP Horatio - and I just enjoy random Shakespeare references.)

Hank Green on caffeine. I didn’t think that he could speak any faster than he already does yet somehow he managed to beat it :D. He’s like a human version of Pilz-e from Foamy the squirell.
